Program Specifics

The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at DeNovo Recovery, better known as Day Treatment, is designed for individuals who have enough stability and support to stay at their home in the evening but still need daily structured treatment to address addiction issues. Like our other programs, the day treatment program is individualized for each client by experienced addiction counselors and treatment team.

Throughout the day treatment program, clients will participate in individual therapy sessions, group therapy sessions, relapse prevention groups, chemical dependency education, nutritional groups, and much more.

For individuals interested in the day treatment program at DeNovo Recovery, at least one of the following criteria must be met:
1 - Clients should have completed a residential treatment program at DeNovo Recovery or other facility and are looking for more structured support during their transition to an independent lifestyle.
2 - Client who has a substance use disorder diagnosis that does not warrant residential treatment.

This means to become eligible for the day treatment program, individuals must have a certain degree of recovery and stability that will allow the day treatment program to be of maximum benefit to them.
